Modern Power Marine Services Company Ltd is proud to have Eng. Mohamed Jazzar as its Chief Executive Officer. With over 40 years of experience in the maritime industry, Eng. Mohamed Jazzar is a seasoned maritime engineer with expertise in various maintenance and marine operational specialties, including mechanics, electricity, refrigeration and air conditioning, painting, carpentry, marine fittings, and the supply and installation of water desalination stations.

Key Achievements:

• Eng. Mohamed Jazzar played a pivotal role in overseeing the repair of the ship “Makkah” after a significant incident, showcasing his leadership in ship repair projects.
• He served as the Project Manager for the shipyard in Jeddah for 11 years and, prior to that, spent 4 years as the Director of the King Fahd Shipyard in Dammam.
• Eng. Mohamed Jazzar has been actively involved in direct contracts, providing maintenance, operation, supply, and installation of industrial and marine equipment, including direct contracts with the Royal Saudi Naval Forces.

Direct Contract Services:

• Maintenance, operation, supply, and installation of marine equipment for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces.
• Repair and maintenance of control rooms for fast boats, renovation of washrooms, and water system upgrades for several vessels.

Scrollshaft Operations:

• Successful lifting and transportation of the capsized boat (Zorak 54) from Tair Island to the King Faisal Naval Base in Jeddah.

• Graduated in 1978 and started his career at the Saudi Ports Authority, where he held the position of Director of Maritime Administration at Jeddah Islamic Port.
• Transitioned to the private sector in 1992 and served as the General Manager of Yanbu Commercial Port.
• Held the position of Chairman of the Board and General Manager at the King Fahd Shipyard in Dammam for 4 years.
• Served as the General Manager at the King Fahd Shipyard in Jeddah Islamic Port for 11 years.
